What a major difference with the new ownership . I stopped by for a flat repair and was in and out in less than ten minutes. They had Starbucks and snacks i am making this my go to place.

THE MOST HONEST CAR SHOP IN SPRING/ HOUSTON/CYPRESS I went to kroger and my car just died at the parking lot. I walked to Champions Car Care to ask for Jump start my vehicle. when my car did'nt start, 3 technicians pushed the car into their shop. They gave me a ride home with their shuttle. I have had many bad experiences at other shops getting my car fixed (as many of us do) and this place changed my outlook on dealing with car troubles. My car left their shop driving like it was new. Honestly, I could not be happier with their service and professionalism. 1. I asked for a complete car check and they sent me a detailed report with pictures of troubled areas and recommendations. 2. I received a phone call from their manager detailing what needs to be fixed and what can wait. Each problem or concern was explained in detail, in terms that non-mechanics can understand. 3. I was given a fair estimate and the total price for my repairs whish was not a surprise. 4. They warranty their work for 2years or 24k miles. Thank you Champions Car Care at Champions Forest Dr.
